The Board of Public Utilities meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. in the conference room of Columbia Power and Water Systems.

There are five members of the Board of Public Utilities, one of which must be a member of the City Council. Members of the Board are appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the City Council to serve staggered four-year terms.

The current Board members are:

John R. Collier, Jr., Chairman
Robert W. Martin
Marvin Sandrell
Teresa Beck
Carl McCullen, City Council Representative

	The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations. James O. (Jim) Clark is the current General Manager. Daniel Murphy currently serves as the Board's attorney.
