There are five members of the Board of Public Utilities, one of which must be a member of the City Council.  Members of the Board are appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the City Council to serve staggered four-year terms. 

The current Board members are John Collier, Chairman; Charlotte Battles, Vice Chairman; John Porter, Board Member; Carl McCullen, City Council Representative; and Marvin Sandrell, Board Member.

The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations James O. (Jim) Clark is the current General Manager.  Daniel Murphy currently serves as the Board’s attorney.
