Board of Public Utilities
The Board of Public Utilities meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. in the conference room of Columbia Power and Water Systems.
There are five members of the Board of Public Utilities, one of which must be a member of the City Council. Members of the Board are appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the City Council to serve staggered four-year terms.
The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations. Wes Kelley is the current General Manager. Daniel Murphy currently serves as the Board's attorney.
