 Columbia Power System has cash incentives available to qualified small commercial customers, with a monthly billing demand not greater than 50kW, for the installation of unitary all-electric heat pumps or all-electric water heaters.

Incentives may also be available to customers with billing demands of 51kW to 200kW but require pre-approval. Please contact CPWS for more information.
