Your monthly billing will consist of charges for electrical usage and water consumption, as well as sewage and sanitation charges. If you elect, you may also have your Broadband bill added to your bill, or you may choose to have a separate Broadband bill. Should you have any questions concerning the sanitation charges, please contact the City of Columbia Sanitation Department at 931-388-8650. Outages We are at your service 24 hours a day. In the event your power should go off, call us at 388-4833, or after hours at 388-5616. However, before you call, make sure the problem is with CPWS and not your equipment to avoid any service call charges. For cable or internet problems after hours, please call 540-8410.
